Summary:
Highly experienced and focused Manager, Systems & Field Test Engineer with a strong background in mechanical and electrical verification and validation activities, including the integration of complicated systems.

Validating core product test requirements and solution architectures used for tangential applications.
Connected with field/service operations, leading multiple efforts on required modifications for engineering change order requirements.
Focused on prosecuting core product capabilities for customer satisfaction expectations, providing core feedback and engineering analysis on root cause identities and defining pathways for resolution.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Defines test criteria for verification and validation processes for native ZEVX product releases, hardware and firmware primarily.
o Performs debugging and unit testing of field engineering/service organization findings, defines a pathway for issue resolution, including native design requirements.
o Analyzes and investigates core product-prototype (rev1.
0) releases and solutions/systems product releases (each individually).
o Identifies limiting architecture factors for application/tangential platform capability.
o Coordinates with systems/firmware engineers to resolve native product capability and interface considerations, or other customer requirements due to test results.
o Leads formal test reviews, provides feedback for follow on design auditing boards.
o Provides feedback on core engineering documentation, including native product data specifications and application specific data acquisition requirements.
o Follows and contributes to improvement of the software release process, forcing strict revision control.
o Establish and enforce rigorous processes to ensure systems meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
o Develop verification and validation procedures, protocols, and other testing documentation.
o Provides timely field engineering support and problem resolution for required tasks involving root cause analysis.
o Interfaces with users to define additional system requirements and/or necessary modifications; provides maintenance information.
o Produces timely status reports and projections based on historical data.
o Develops and tracks objectives and schedules within department.
o Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within test specifications and budget restrictions.
o Participates in project planning and management.
o Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree (B.
S.
) in mechanical or electrical engineering.
o Four years related experience.
